Calle is a big beautiful, 2000, dark-chestnut mare with a striped face and a rear sock. Calle stands 15.3 hh barefoot, and has a calm, easy, sensible energy about her. She has pep and a go-forward attitude, but isn't hot, or difficult to handle. Her ears are always up; she's such a willing and happy horse.
Calle is friendly and loves attention. She is easy to catch, lead, groom and saddle. She is up to date on vaccines, de-worming, farrier, and coggins. She has excellent feet and legs and a great deal of depth to her body.
Never shown, but has had lots of arena work, will walk/trot/canter easily. She has an awesome tip at her poll and rides with a soft touch on her reins. She walks in the trailer along side her handler without blinking.
She has been trail ridden and raised babies all her life. Always well loved and cared for, this incredible old-type, Morgan mare is unique. You don't find them bred this way, and rarely do you see them bodied like this stunning mare is; not anymore.
She has produced stunning champion offspring that have her same wonderful body, hinge at the poll, and outstanding disposition.
All my barn girls love her and want to ride her. She even contentedly carried a toddler while she ate breakfast the morning after arriving here. My friends want me to keep her.
I bought her because I felt she needed someone who would find her a good home. She deserves to be treated as well as she always has been. She's awesome, but I'm downsizing and I can't keep her. If I can place her in a wonderful home quickly, I can pass my savings on to a new owner. If I have to keep her through the winter, her price will reflect that.
